Associate Program Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Program Manager at Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring oversight of and an outstanding client experience for our internal stakeholders as well as our fintech Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Payments strategic partners.

In Short

• Manage the entire lifecycle of relationships with fintech strategic partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact between external partners and internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate partnership meetings.
• Manage tracking of partner onboarding and program management activities.
• Assist partners with training and troubleshooting issues.
• Facilitate content governance and change management.
• Develop and maintain partnership metrics and reporting.
• Communicate project expectations and timelines to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates to team members and clients.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of project or program management experience.
• Financial services experience is a plus.
• Comfort with program/project management tools.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and process implementation skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fluid environment.
• Client-focused with a desire to deliver high customer service.
• Adaptability to change.
