Overview

Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. We operate an FDIC-insured bank headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. Additionally, we have offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City, where our technical, product, design, and legal teams operate.

• Advancing the organization’s risk maturity through issue, audit, and exam management.
• Strengthen and optimize the Issue Management Program.
• Oversee and maintain the enterprise issue management repository.
• Analyze issue trends and emerging risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed issue and risk reports.
• Support oversight of the Fintech audit management program.
• Deliver training and guidance on Issue Management.
• Serve as a trusted partner across business lines.
• Promote a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in risk management or GRC functions.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and issue lifecycle management.
• Experience in Banking-as-a-Service or fintech environments.
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong accountability.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in GRC platforms and data workflows.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
