Program Associate - Remote

Overview

The National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition (NSAC) is seeking a Program Associate to support our administrative and program functions across the organization. In this role, you will support key cross-team scheduling, note-taking, data management, logistical, and office management functions. In Short

• Support overall organizational file management and recordkeeping
• Support online and virtual scheduling for key internal meetings
• Assist in maintaining and updating NSAC website content
• Assist operations staff with data entry and maintaining CRM records
• Lead note taking efforts for internal and external meetings
• Support the administrative development and data management of key member surveys
• Support operations staff in planning Coalition meetings
• Monitor and manage phone and general intake email inbox
• Provide input to grant proposals and reports
• Participate in racial affinity caucusing

Requirements

• A passion for NSAC’s mission
• 1-2+ years of administrative or program support experience
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency with EveryAction or similar CRMs
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A team player oriented toward collaboration
• Willing to travel domestically several times a year
