Active Minds is seeking a highly organized individual with experience in event planning and an eye for detail to oversee the booking and execution of professional events.

In Short

• Manage contracting and booking logistics for events.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person events.
• Provide meeting support during online events.
• Support special projects related to the Speakers program.
• Maintain connections with Active Minds Speakers and Trainers.
• Oversee programmatic evaluation and improvement.
• Manage records in Salesforce and Dropbox.
• Collaborate with other teams and represent Active Minds at events.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, event management, or related fields.
• Experience with virtual event platforms (Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
