Manager, Databases and IT - Remote

Overview

The Databases and IT Manager works closely with department leaders to define database requirements and implement solutions using Salesforce and other databases.

In Short

• Manage Salesforce database and support migration to Nonprofit Cloud.
• Standardize and maintain data accuracy in databases.
• Provide training and support for database users.
• Implement project management and digital asset management systems.
• Lead IT management initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
• Experience with database management and IT systems.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to design and implement new processes.
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Fluency in SQL or SOQL preferred.
• Experience with Google Workspace management preferred.
