Overview

The Database Manager will oversee the day-to-day management, optimization, and strategic development of ASID’s Impexium Association Management System (AMS) and other database platforms within the organization’s technology infrastructure.

In Short

Oversee daily operation of the Impexium AMS.
Diagnose and resolve database-related issues.
Serve as primary contact with AMS vendor.
Maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Develop and optimize reports and queries.
Train staff on database functionalities.
Identify opportunities for database performance enhancement.
Collaborate with other departments for data integration.
Contribute to long-term planning for database infrastructure.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in database management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in report-building tools.

Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
Familiarity with membership management processes is a plus.
