Summer Graduate Associate Program - Remote

Overview

Caliber is looking for one PR enthusiast to join our team as a Grad Associate for the summer 2025. The Grad Program will host the Grad Associate for a paid three-month comprehensive public relations/marketing training program focused on the financial services, fintech, insurtech, and proptech industries with the goal of helping clients tell their stories and reaching their target audiences.

In Short

• The paid program will run mid-June through mid-September
• Hourly rate: $17 per hour
• Candidates must be able to work Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET, and Friday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET
• Opportunity to develop a better understanding of PR and related industries
• Hands-on client work and participation in educational activities
• Consideration for full-time Account Coordinator position upon completion
• Support across a group of accounts and individual projects

Requirements

• College graduate interested in public relations/communications/marketing
• Experience with Google and Microsoft products
• Intellectual curiosity about strategic marketing communications
• Enthusiasm for fintech, financial services, insurtech, and proptech is a plus
• Solutions-oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Passionate communicator with great presentation skills
• Team player, supportive and considerate of others
• Identifying new publications and relevant topics
• Prior internship experience is a plus
