Program Associate - Clean Industry Program - Remote

Overview

U.S. Energy Foundation is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter to join our Clean Industry Program team as a Program Associate (PA). The PA will support the Clean Industry team to make and administer grants, and work with advocates and other partners to execute strategies and projects.

In Short

• Support the Clean Industry team in grant administration.
• Manage program budgets and track grant processes.

• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

• Experience in customer service and fast-paced environments.
• Interest in industrial decarbonization and climate justice.
• Project management and grants management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Understanding of DEI principles.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with digital tools and social media.
