The Sr. Program Associate role at ZERO TO THREE focuses on ensuring the accuracy and readiness of critical resources and data systems within the HealthySteps National Office, contributing to quality assurance and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Training/certifications in Quality Assurance preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled in data reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Positive team player attitude.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
