Program Associate - Remote

Overview

The Program Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to Pediatrics Supporting Parents (PSP) and Tribal Home Visiting Resource Institute for Excellence (THRIVE), ensuring effective communication and organization within the team.

In Short

• Provide administrative support to program/project directors.
• Manage meeting logistics for in-person and virtual settings.
• Assist with contracting and procurement processes.
• Process project expenses and maintain financial records.
• Develop and maintain internal databases.
• Support communication and dissemination efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service to project-related inquiries.
• Manage multiple duties effectively and efficiently.
• Some travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative or office support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Adobe Connect.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
