In Short

  • Responsible for selling ZERO TO THREE’s full suite of professional development products and services.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to propel revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients using a collaborative approach.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance to sales team members.
  • Track sales information in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing on cross-selling campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics for improvement.
  • Participate in events and conferences.
  • Travel to clients throughout the U.S. (up to 50%).

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of outside sales experience with proven results.
  • Experience in selling early childhood professional development products is desirable.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of a proven sales process and tools, including Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
