Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst at ZERO TO THREE will play a crucial role in supporting the Safe Babies program through data collection, analysis, and visualization to promote healthy early childhood development.

In Short

• Perform intermediate to complex data collection and analysis.
• Support database management and user access.
• Run quarterly reports on maltreatment rates and data quality checks.
• Develop new data collection protocols for Continuous Quality Improvement.
• Create surveys and manage internal evaluation data.
• Prepare data visualizations for internal evaluations.
• Respond to quick turnaround requests for data analysis.
• Participate in team and evaluation meetings.
• Utilize project management software for tracking projects.
• Perform other duties to ensure departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of experience in data analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with data for continuous quality improvement.
• Familiarity with SurveyMonkey and Smartsheet.
• Ability to analyze qualitative data preferred.
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in child welfare data preferred.
