Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a commercially-minded Data Analyst to transform our raw backend data into actionable internal intelligence for internal decisions.

In Short

• Design and maintain internal QuickSight dashboards for real-time company performance tracking.
• Monitor and report on core commercial metrics including MRR/ARR, NRR, Churn, and CAC/LTV ratios.
• Write high-performance SQL in Amazon Athena to join disparate datasets from S3.
• Act as a bridge between technical data and business strategy, highlighting trends and growth opportunities.
• Work with AWS Glue to ensure data governance and consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong grasp of the SaaS business model.
• Advanced skills in SQL are essential.
• Proven experience creating intuitive visualizations for executive audiences.
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem (S3, Athena, Glue).
• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear communication.
• Ensure consistent metric definitions across departments.
• Regularly engage with stakeholders to keep dashboards relevant.
