Overview

As a Data Analyst at Growe Partners, you will analyze partner traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance while building automated reporting and ensuring data accuracy.

In Short

Analyze partner traffic, user behavior, payments, and promo campaign performance.
Build and automate reporting in Tableau, SQL, and Google Sheets.
Work with data from multiple sources, validate and clean it.
Help teams find answers regarding performance and improvements.
Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy across reports.
Participate in hypothesis testing to suggest improvements.
Translate complex data into clear visuals and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analytics.
Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets / Excel.
Understanding of traffic sources and experience with large databases.
Strong skills in data validation and process automation.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to present findings clearly.
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
