• Develop and execute brand awareness strategies across paid channels.
• Plan media mix and allocate budgets to maximize reach and frequency efficiency.
• Launch and manage campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, DV360, and YouTube.
• Ensure proper tracking of awareness KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns based on CPM, reach, frequency, and engagement metrics.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze performance and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare reports on reach, CPM, frequency, and cross-channel performance.
• Collaborate with creative team to brief, test, and improve ad creatives.
• Identify high-performing messaging, formats, and angles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in media buying with a focus on brand awareness.
• Hands-on experience with key platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of brand metrics.
• Experience working with multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven track record of launching and optimizing campaigns at scale.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills with creative and analytics teams.
• Experience in LATAM markets is a plus.
