• Continuous building of the data bench and open to meeting exceptional Data Analysts.
• Cross-functional role working across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence required.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools are mandatory.

• Strong SQL skills (mandatory).
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
