Associate Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Manage the deployments of Transact’s Cloud POS solution.
• Manage the deployments of additional solutions as training and demand allows.
• Develop familiarity with Transact’s campus payment solutions.
• Develop familiarity with credit card onboarding requirements of third-party vendors.
• Meet established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput, and more.
• Manage the coordination of implementation consultant resources related to onsite and remote deployments.
• Develop and manage client-facing project plans and call notes as required.
• Develop and manage client-facing milestones to align with key dates.
• Manage project timelines, resource trackers, and systematic dates to ensure timely completion of deployments.

Requirements

• 1-2 Years of industry experience.
• Ability to understand technical concepts related to software and hardware.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
