Associate Project Manager - Remote

Overview

KLDiscovery, one of the largest international eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking an Associate Project Manager for our Tokyo, Japan office. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting all activities of the Project Management team. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients from project initiation through closeout. This role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills with native-level or fluent Japanese and “high-business” English language skills.

In Short

• Work in tandem with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support active client projects
• Assist with administrative tasks including billing, job tracking, and scheduling
• Conduct project meetings to understand goals and expectations
• Input requirements into work order tracking system
• Assist in the development of client and management reports
• Act as liaison with Operations for project support
• Directly manage small, transaction-based projects
• Maintain knowledge base and documentation repositories
• Understand industry trends and company products

Requirements

• Fluent / Native Japanese and strong English skills
• 1 year of experience in project management or related role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client service-oriented attitude
• Teamwork, attention to detail, and self-motivation
• SaaS or Ediscovery experience is a plus
