Associate Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Raycon is looking for an Associate Project Manager to help build out our roadmap and drive full end-to-end product ownership. You'll play a pivotal role in launching innovative consumer electronics products.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate packaging development, product color selection, and vendor management for new product launches.
• Partner with product, design, and operations teams to bring new products to market efficiently and effectively.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to launch brand collaboration projects to market.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, providing regular updates on development progress and key project milestones.
• Assist in defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and feature sets to optimize market success.

Requirements

• 2 - 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consumer products, retail, or a related industry.
• Awareness of color, material, and finish (CMF) product detail development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, resources, and priorities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
• A problem-solving mindset—you're resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in tackling challenges.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality execution in packaging, branding, and product presentation.
