Project Manager (Remote)

Overview

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join KLD’s dedicated Antitrust/Second Request team.

The position is responsible for the overall client experience which includes effectively managing the schedule, scope and cost of a project while maintaining a high level of quality and achieving client goals and project success.

In Short

• Setting up Initial meetings to determine scope of matter specific to Second Request
• Determine format of the project and agencies involved.
• Working fast paced deadlines and setting appropriate expectations internally
• Working closely with collections teams on complex collections
• Conduct and participate in Custodian Interviews
• Partner with Review Manager to ensure all review workstreams are satisfied.
• Detailed tracking of all data processes from collection to production.
• Consult with and advise Clients on eDiscovery workflows and project planning.
• Manage the client’s expectations through detailed status updates.
• Provide guidance and work direction for active projects.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support
• Success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• 4+ years of project management or related experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of database design and management
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
