Attentive is seeking a dynamic Associate Project Manager to help accelerate the rollout of innovative products and solutions, partnering closely with various teams to ensure successful launches and customer adoption.

In Short

  • Onboard customers to Attentive’s newest products and solutions.
  • Project manage product implementations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop solutions to complex customer problems using Attentive tools.
  • Support Product Leads and Sr. Project Managers with launches.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success teams.
  • Translate customer feedback into product requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally to inform product strategy.
  • Drive customer adoption and performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience with ESP, CDP preferred.
  • Strong project management background.
  • Comfortable learning new software tools.
  • Creativity in product rollouts.
  • Passion for being part of a growing team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
