Associate Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Associate Program Manager is responsible for managing internal business projects and programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver products from design to completion.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and transform business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience with project management and process improvement.
• Proficient in creating documentation for business processes.
• Capability to work with operational leaders for recommendations.
• Willingness to engage with external vendors as necessary.
