Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service and support experience.
• 1+ years of compliance/fraud investigations experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Team player with independent motivation.
