Compliance Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Compliance team at HashiCorp plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to policies, requirements, and contractual commitments, supporting compliance attestations and certifications.

In Short

• Oversee and mentor compliance analysts.
• Work with external auditors on SOC 2 and ISO 27001/17/18.
• Prepare documentation for audits and assessments.
• Monitor and track control exceptions.
• Facilitate management reviews for ISO 27001.
• Maintain compliance program documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process automation.
• Develop and deliver training for control owners.
• Support GRC tasks as required.
• Provide input on program metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of compliance and controls program experience.
• Experience in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure).
• Advanced knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Experience leading audits and liaising with auditors.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical resources.
• Flexibility in working hours during peak periods.
• Highly responsive and organized.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
