Data Analytics Manager II - Remote

Overview

This is an individual contributor role responsible for hands-on development with both functional and technical responsibilities within the Marketing Analytics team at HashiCorp.

In Short

• Own the creation and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Build and maintain reverse ETL workflows for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track key business metrics.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data consumability.
• Develop documentation and training for users on models and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or related fields.
• Ability to write clean and scalable SQL.
• Experience with data modeling tools and modern data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards in BI tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
