The Data & Analytics Manager will play a critical role in managing client relationships, delivering actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making across our portfolio. This role requires a strong analytical background combined with excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to both internal teams and clients.

• Serve as the primary data and analytics point of contact for key clients.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in data analysis, focused on e-commerce.
• Client facing experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Experience with retail marketing technology offerings.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
