We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join our growing Data Analytics team. You will have the opportunity to impact the success of some of the biggest brands in the Google Play and Apple App Store.

In Short

Prioritize and manage team tasks/deliverables to hit company goals.
Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques.
Define and implement consistent measurement standards and reporting processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Support the use of visualization reporting tools.
Serve as the analytics subject matter expert.
Provide recommendations to solve complex business issues through data.
Contribute to strategic discussions with the BD team.
Stay updated on ASO trends.
Define key metrics for assessing ASO performance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts.
5+ years of experience manipulating large complex data sets.
Expertise in data manipulation and building data pipelines.
Ability to lead initiatives across multiple product areas.
Experience with online ads or mobile marketing preferred.

Benefits

Starting salary range: $108,000-$135,000.
Eligibility for commission, bonus, and competitive equity packages.
