The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for defining and driving the Data and Analytics vision, architecture, and roadmap for Chadwell Supply. This position leads a team responsible for the overall execution of the data analytics pipelines while maintaining the highest level of data quality and reliability. The Data Analytics Manager leads our data analytics team in extracting information from large and complex datasets and transforming it into actionable intelligence. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our data-driven strategies and contributing to our overall success.

Requirements

Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Pass all pre-employment, background check, and drug testing.
Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a data analytics or related managerial role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
Extensive experience with Power BI for creating interactive visualizations and reports.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
Exceptional computer literacy and experience are required for this position.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
