We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join our team, where your time will be split between individual contributor and people management obligations.

In Short

Own the business relationship and analytics throughput for one of our business lines.
Deal with data about financial, earnings, or travel products.
3 or more years of experience as an Analytics or Data Science individual contributor.
Strong understanding of experimentation, trend analysis, and causal inference.
Highly knowledgeable in SQL and Python.
Comfortable completing peer reviews.
Familiar with tools & services: dbt, Secoda, Looker, Snowflake, and Amplitude.
Guide a team of data analysts & scientists.
Provide technical mentorship and managerial support.
Strategic guidance to your team.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
Experience in a management role is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to share actionable recommendations.
Experience with data-driven decision making.
