Overview

The Growth Manager leads the commercial strategy for Airship’s Enterprise customers and plays a key role in driving revenue growth across the customer base.

In Short

  • Own commercial strategy and performance for assigned Enterprise accounts
  • Lead all commercial motions, including pricing, packaging, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Develop renewal and expansion plans that align with customer value, usage patterns, and strategic goals
  • Drive renewal readiness by tracking key dates, securing timely signatures, and removing blockers
  • Chase outstanding invoices with customers to ensure payment
  • Analyze adoption trends and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Client Experience Managers to understand customer health
  • Participate in strategic business reviews
  • Create commercial proposals and deal structures
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline accuracy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or commercial roles
  • Strong negotiation and pricing skills
  • Track record of achieving revenue goals
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans
  • Proven ability to build trust at the executive level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience analyzing customer usage
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams
  • Familiarity with marketing technology
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce
