Overview

Nello is looking to bring on a creative, data-driven, detail-oriented Growth Manager to join our growing Marketing team. The ideal individual has 2-3+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience (Meta and TikTok required, others nice to have), has worked closely with creative counterparts in development of creative that converts, and possesses exceptional collaboration and communication skills. This role reports into the Director of Acquisition, and will work closely with Senior leadership including the EVP of Marketing and the company co-founders.

In Short

Manage the day-to-day operations and optimization of Nello's ad accounts.
Collaborate with creative and other marketing partners in the development of video and graphic assets.
Set and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and acquire subscribers.
Align offers with lifecycle marketing partners to manage customer churn.
Identify potential partners for ads and paid posts.
Develop and optimize marketing funnels.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research.
Maintain and improve reporting processes and systems.

Requirements

2-3+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience.
Experience with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to develop creative that converts.
Experience in setting marketing strategies.
Data-driven mindset for insights and decision-making.
