Overview

As a Growth Manager at Sanas, you will be responsible for driving customer-centric growth strategies across the post-sales journey, working closely with various teams to enhance customer value and retention.

In Short

  • Identify and execute opportunities to grow existing accounts.

  • Create and maintain internal playbooks and reporting templates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Growth.
  • Passionate about solving customer problems.
  • Experience with Account Managers and CS teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with customer data.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with CS and CRM tools.
  • Effective communicator with a bias for action.
