Overview

The Growth Manager is responsible for ensuring that Recidiviz's fundraising efforts are organized and effective, acting as the central hub for donor management and relationship cultivation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Willingness to learn and grow in donor relationship management.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
