Overview

The Senior Manager of Human Resources will lead HR operations and support the employee lifecycle at Recidiviz, a mission-driven organization focused on improving outcomes for individuals in the criminal justice system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with Justworks, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, or similar platforms.
• Strong emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive issues.
• Ability to build systems to address gaps in HR capacity.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment is preferred.
• Personal or professional experience with the criminal justice system is a plus.
