Overview

The Senior Manager, Human Resources plays a critical role in upholding a positive and equitable workplace culture across RTSL’s global footprint and fosters strong cross-functional partnerships by ensuring consistent communication and collaboration with program teams, global operations, shared services, and other stakeholders in a highly matrixed organizational environment.

In Short

• Lead advisor and case manager for employee relations matters globally.
• Partner with staff to address workplace challenges.
• Conduct internal investigations related to misconduct.
• Support managers in developing performance expectations.
• Act as the HR focal point for RTSL’s country offices.
• Manage EOR relationships globally.
• Champion a culture of inclusion and connection.
• Support documentation and improvement of HR processes.
• Provide HR guidance to in-country staff.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experience supporting staff in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification.
• Familiarity with employment contexts in focus countries.
• Working knowledge of employment law principles.
