In Short

• Support the Nigeria Hypertension Control Initiative (NHCI) to improve access to hypertension medicines.
• Work closely with the Senior Technical Advisor on medicine access strategy.
• Facilitate policy implementation and market shaping across Nigeria.
• Strengthen supply chain for hypertension medicines.
• Build capacity of staff and health providers in procurement and supply management.
• Conduct assessments for improved forecasting and procurement.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of medicine availability.
• Engage with stakeholders for improved advocacy.
• Collaborate with government and technical partners.
• Develop financial sustainability frameworks for medicine access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• Masters in Public Health, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in medicine access or supply chain.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables in a consultancy framework.
• Analytical skills in health financing and policy evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools.
• Fluent in English.
