This role involves managing global benefits strategy, HRIS architecture, leave administration, and HR compliance, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in benefits and payroll.
• Experience with global NGOs and benefits administration across geographies.
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HR and payroll systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• HR Certifications – SHRM-CP and/or PHR preferred.
