In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists.
  • Partner with the VP of Human Resources to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee lifecycle, relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management.
  • Partner with the Project Management Office to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate HR policies and initiatives effectively across all levels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a technology or product-driven environment is highly desirable.
