In Short

• Provide strategic leadership and hands-on HR support across hospitals.
• Design and implement HR strategies for long-term growth.
• Partner with hospital leaders for workforce planning and organizational design.
• Manage and mentor HR partners at the hospital level.
• Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations.
• Oversee the full performance management cycle.
• Ensure HR compliance with laws and regulations.
• Lead engagement surveys and develop action plans.
• Build a high-performing HR function.
• Support succession planning initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification.
• Experience in veterinary medicine or healthcare preferred.
• Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
