Overview

The Customer Onboarding Project Manager will be the driving force behind every new customer's first experience with Airship, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and turning new customers into long-term users.

• Serve as the primary contact for new customers during onboarding.
• Manage the onboarding timeline and execution of implementation plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing project management role.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Skills in risk management and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
