Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing a data team.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Excels in collaborative environments.
• Proactive with a high degree of ownership.
• Proven ability to derive insights and create data visualizations.
• Familiarity with modern data tech stack and BI tools.
