Senior Resident Architect - Remote

Overview

The Resident Technology Services team offers premium, long-term professional services to HashiCorp customers. The purpose of the team is to align with the biggest technical transformation initiatives of HashiCorp customers, working as part of the customer technology team from start to finish.

• Provide guidance on customer cloud transformation journey with HashiCorp products.
• Assist in aligning people, processes, and workflows with the Cloud Operating Model.
• Contribute to building a multi-cloud adoption framework.
• Articulate and redefine the cloud consumption model.
• Help Enterprise CxOs articulate business value in cloud consumption.
• Increase developer velocity while ensuring governance and controls.
• Communicate the business value of HashiCorp products to executives.
• Educate customers on HashiCorp tools for cloud transformation.
• Coordinate HashiCorp professional services for customer needs.
• Educate on best practices for system and service administration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing technical systems.
• Deep understanding of DevOps processes and automation.
• Expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with HashiCorp product suite.
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work well in group and independently.
