Overview

Coinbase is seeking an experienced Compliance Program Manager to oversee the execution of high-priority regulatory compliance Programs within the company’s KYC CDD and EDD functions, ensuring compliance with global AML regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of KYC/AML experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations in financial services.
• Hands-on experience in defining success metrics.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related fields.
