Compliance Program Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Compliance Program Manager at Coinbase, you will lead the charge in helping us build a world-class Compliance programs organization while ensuring that we meet our mission to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone.

In Short

• Design and document key AML controls to support First Line Compliance Operations.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams to implement best practices.
• Govern and report First Line KRIs and metrics to regulators.
• Own business requirements documentation for AML First Line Controls.
• Propose risk-based decisions based on metrics and reporting.
• Gather customer feedback to balance experience and compliance.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for compliance program success.
• Make data-driven decisions using financial and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of KYC/AML experience in financial services or technology.
• 5+ years of program management experience across global teams.
• 2+ years of experience communicating with senior leadership on AML frameworks.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations for financial services.
• Hands-on experience defining success metrics.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related fields.
