• Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for clients and agencies.
• Become an expert on impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional compliance services.
• Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert.
• Assist with strategic initiatives and projects.
• Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters.
• Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a software application environment.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years of compliance investigations experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Team player with independent motivation.
