Overview

As an Associate Strategic Program Manager (SPM) at Fictiv, you will work alongside some of the world’s leading enterprises and innovative startups to help accelerate their product launches while maintaining the highest quality standards.

In Short

• Work with leading enterprises and startups to accelerate product launches.
• Support the Strategic Program Management team in executing complex programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, C&DFM, Quality, and Logistics teams.
• Drive internal process improvement and enhance customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate program status across multiple systems.
• Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements.
• Track and report on program milestones.
• Support customer change requests and project updates.
• Travel 10% annually for customer on-sites and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 1-2 years of related experience or 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with global manufacturing sites in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.
