Overview

The Strategic Program Manager will lead a cross-organizational team to develop and execute the commercialization strategy for high-growth opportunities, particularly focusing on PFAS across all end-markets.

Requirements

• University Degree in a related field of science or project management.
• 8+ years of experience in project management and the analytical instrument/life sciences industry.
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Knowledge of market segmentation and business opportunity development.
• Experience in business development and market penetration strategies is a plus.
• Understanding of customer needs in PFAS and applied markets.
• Proficiency in Excel and AI-based market sensing tools.
