In Short

• Oversee the implementation and project delivery for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams for project scoping.
• Develop project documentation like Charters and Plans.
• Lead key client meetings for status updates and risk mitigation.
• Create transition documentation for post-launch support.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, providing updates and communication.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Client Projects team.
• Manage resources and reporting for projects.
• Provide troubleshooting support during product configuration.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in a Project Management role, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience with MS Office and project planning software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Negotiation skills to manage priorities and scope.
• Proactive attitude with good judgment.
