Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

Benevity is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Client Projects team, leading and executing implementations of Benevity products and solutions to bring our clients’ social missions to life.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of medium to large scale client implementations.
• Conduct discovery/requirements gathering sessions.
• Conduct gap analysis of existing client systems and programs.
• Provide solution analysis and configuration plans.
• Configure the application in accordance with business requirements.
• Lead executive stakeholder meetings.
• Consult with clients on managing change.
• Work with Project Manager to update clients on project plans.
• Conduct training sessions for clients.
• Identify growth and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of time.
• Bilingual French/English proficiency is a bonus.
• 2-5 years of experience in a Software Implementation role.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Experience in creating workflow diagrams.
• Knowledge of collaboration tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Track record in building implementation documentation.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
