Overview

As a Finance-focused Client Technical Support Specialist, your primary role is to expertly manage our Spark Product, Benevity Reporting Tool, and the financial processes that drive Spark. You will promptly address clients' financial concerns, ensuring efficient updates to billing, funding, or disbursement issues to maintain smooth donation flows.
